Se solicita el traslado de dos penitenciados a la Penitenciaría, ya que al solo sufrir ataques de epilepsia pueden ser atendidos sin inconvenientes en la institución carcelaria; demanda la autorización de la dirección para arrendar una huerta cercana al hospital. Se pide al cónsul del Perú en París la compra de una cocina para el hospicio y se detallan sus especificaciones. Se solicita suspender la admisión de pacientes de ambos sexos debido a la falta de espacio y la incapacidad de los guardianes de vigilar a los pacientes; envía el presupuesto para comprar tubos de acero que reemplacen a los dañados de la lavandería a vapor. Se solicita presupuesto para la instalación de farolas y bastidores en los pasadizos cercanos a la enfermería y al departamento de hombres. Debido a la escasa dotación de agua, se solicita la construcción de un pozo que cuente con una bomba y estanque. Ante la falta de espacio en el departamento de mujeres, se solicita el traslado de 10 enfermas al Refugio de Incurables. El inspector y la madre superiora piden la evaluación de la estancia de un reo internado, que se ha fugado tres veces, ya que perturba el orden en el asilo. El cuerpo médico informa sobre la estadía de pacientes de ambos sexos procedentes del departamento de Puno, además dispuso la permanencia de un penitenciado en el hospital hasta que sea rehabilitado.
