Federico Elguera continues as inspector of the hospice. En el año 1915, las comunicaciones sobre las funciones y servicios del hospicio registraron la siguiente información: el envío del presupuesto anual y de los gastos mensuales, los reportes mensuales del movimiento de los pacientes y los cuadros de estadística médica, el envío de las planillas de las estancias de los pacientes y las planillas de los pagantes, el envío de cuentas de pago por las refacciones realizadas en los ambientes del hospicio, pedidos para la compra de chompas, camisetas y medias para los pacientes y la solicitud de la repación del caldero de la lavandería a vapor. Continúa Federico Elguera como inspector del hospicio. Nota sobre la fuga de un reo mediante la fabricación de una llave y con presumible destino a Chile. Se detallala solicitud de varias modificaciones para el presupuesto de 1916; se declara que pronto se trasladará el Hospicio a La Magdalena, regularizar en las partidas los ingresos de algunos empleados, aumentar el gasto en alimentos, aumentar la partida para gastos de útiles de aseo, zapatería, cocina, composturas, imprevistos, creación de plazas de sastre y carretero, capellán, frazadas, pienso e impuestos.
