The text begins with the chapter of Evamme Noi, Yānī, Yassa, Karanī, Virūpakkhe, Pūrentā, Udetayan, Yassānussarane, Evamme Luang, Appasanne, Vipassi, Saddāsukhe, Parittaṃ, Yatohaṃ, Bojjhaṅga 7, Yaddum, Dukkhapattā, Jayanto, Sakkattvā, Natthime, Saranagama, Sīla 10, Ekanāmakiṅ, Patisaṅkhāyo, Dasaime, Ahilā, Mettā, Bahu, Candimā, Suriyo, Kassapa, Moggallā and Cundo. Colophon: Folio 29 on the recto side: Sangkat (CS) 1283, a huang hao year, on a poek sanga, the fourth day of the waning moon of the seventh lunar month, the sixth day of the week (Friday), the writing was accomplished at the time of kòng ngai (between 7.30–9.00 o’clock). Hua Pa (great aunt) Nang Phia Tan from Hua Phon village together with all her siblings had the ardent religious faith to sponsor the making of this manuscript entitled Sutmon Nòi (Prayers in the short length) to support the Teachings of Gotama Buddha to last until the end of 5000 years. May this be a condition for us to reach Nirvana, well done, well done and congratulation.
