Vinaya text tells the investigation of a man who would be ordained as a monk in Buddhism. He is prohibited to be ordained as a monk or even if he has been already a monk he has to be forced to disrobe. Because he is a forbidden person. There are eleven kinds of banned person including: 1. a homosexual, 2. a person who ordained himself, 3. a person who believes in other religions, 4. an animal, 5. a person who conducted matricide, 6. a person who conducted patricide, 7. a person who conducted killing an arahant, 8. a person who conducted rape of a female monk, 9. a person who causes schism in the Order, 10. a person who causes a Buddha to suffer a contusion, 11. a bisexual person.
