Vinaya text on the precepts of Nitsakkhiyapacittiya which are a type of punishment for transgressing any of the precepts of Nissakkhiya Pachittiya and consists of 30 items. The offences of Nitsakkhiyapacittiya classified as a minor offense. The offence happened when a monk accepted or possessed any of requisites, which is lavish and kept it longer than limited period. He must waive the thing and confess an offence. For example, a monk is to keep an extra robe-cloth ten days at most. Beyond that, it is to be forfeited and confessed.
