This manuscript consists of a collection of amulets, prayers, and personal notes. In the first page written (Ajimah Maling) and in the last page there found a reading (amalan in Javanese language) which should be chanted repeatedly 40 times a day (daily amalan) in Madurese language. The manuscript has 16 rows per page with the usage of black and blue ink. Extent: 1 lined paper manuscript. Size and dimensions of original material: Height: 21 cm., Width: 16 cm. Condition of original material: The ink on the manuscript is see-through on the reverse page that making it difficult to read.
