The bundle contains Śaṅkara's "longer" commentary (vivaraṇa) on the Aitareyopaniṣad, covering āraṇyaka 2 and 3 of the Aitareyāraṇyaka. (rare works by the great Advaita philosopher Śaṅkara) The bundle is divided into two parts: Bahvṛcabrāhmaṇopaniṣadvivaraṇa (on āraṇyaka 2) (images 0007-0239) and Saṃhitopaniṣadvivaraṇa (on āraṇyaka 3) (images 0239-0336). Both copies of the text is complete, and the leaves are in good condition.
