Tirumayam

The inscription noticed in the western pillar of the sluice of the tank called Vēṅkaikaṇmāi of Tirumayam village. The sluice was caused to be made with the grant of Mañjakkuḍi Uḍaiyār Māṇikka Āḻvār Uyyavanta Kulasēkara Vilupparaiyar. The inscription belongs to 13th century CE. Inscription: Svasti sri immaḍai/ mañjakkuḍi uḍai/ yār māṇikka āḻvār uy/ yavantarāna kula/ sēkara vilupparai/ yar taṉmam. திருமயத்தைச் சார்ந்த வேங்கைகண்மாயில் மேற்குத்தூணில் கல்வெட்டு காணப்படுகிறது மஞ்சக்குடி மாணிக்க ஆள்வார் உய்யவந்த குலசேகர விழுப்பரையர் தன்மத்தில் மடை செய்வித்ததைக் கூறுகிறது. கல்வெட்டு: ஸ்வஸ்தி ஸ்ரீ இம் மடை/ மஞ்சக்குடி உடை/ யார்க்கு மாணி/ க்க ஆழ்வார் உய்/ யவந்தரான குல/ சேகர விழுப்பரை/ யர் தன்மம்.
