In each session –generally monthly– the attendees are recorded and the minutes are read. the previous session. A record is also made of the movement of patients in the dispensaries, the state of the institution's income and expenses, the purchase of medicines, the arrangement of buildings, the receipt of legacies by testamentary clauses, the purchase of real estate, of the masses to which the institution is obliged, of the internal appointments, of the salary adjustments of the civil servants, etc. Also included are newspaper clippings, which provide information on the services provided by the institution in its annual report. There, for example, the number of patients treated in the year, the investments made in fees to doctors, the number of prescriptions dispensed in dispensaries, investments made in medicines and in the purchase of supplies for the wardrobe, etc. are indicated.
Contiene las actas de las sesiones del consejo directivo de la Hermandad de Dolores, relativas al funcionamiento de la institución entre septiembre de 1914 y agosto de 1926. En cada sesión –generalmente mensuales– se deja constancia de los asistentes y se da lectura del acta de la sesión anterior. Se deja constancia, además, del movimiento de los enfermos en los dispensarios, del estado de las entradas y gastos de la institución, de la compra de medicinas, de los arreglos de edificios, de la recepción de legados por cláusulas testamentarias, de la compra de inmuebles, de las misas a las que está obligada la institución, de los nombramientos internos, de los ajustes de sueldos de los funcionarios, etc. Se incluyen también recortes de diario, los que entregan información sobre los servicios prestados por la institución en su memoria anual. Allí se señala, por ejemplo, el número de enfermos atendidos en el año, las inversiones realizadas en honorarios a médicos, el número de recetas despachadas en los dispensarios, inversiones realizadas en medicinas y en compra de insumos para el ropero, etc.
