“David Palazuelos. Perteneciente a Hermandad de Dolores”

It includes information on the testamentary assets of David Palazuelos Ramírez and Ventura Blanco (former director of the Hermandad de Dolores [Fraternity of Sorrows]), at the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century. Documents are included on its properties located in Santiago, on Recoleta, Manzano and Santa Rosa streets. Specifically, it is recorded that the Fraternity did not receive anything as heir and benefited from Mr. Palazuelos, since his assets did not reach to pay the committed legacies (a balance of accounts is attached). At the end of the volume, a set of documents about different properties is included, among them: Land sale in Santa Emiliana Village, from Néstor Anguita (as agent of his wife, Blanca Muñoz) to Camilo Farren, on June 8, 1912; Sale of land in Santa Emiliana Village, from Roberto Dagnino to Blanca Muñoz de Anguita, on July 13, 1928; Purchase and sale of land in Arauco street, from Armando Arellano to Aquiles Fedelli, on March 1, 1929; Assets of Carlos Rodríguez Merino, around 1940; Properties in Portugal and Arauco streets.

Comprende información sobre los bienes testamentarios de David Palazuelos Ramírez y Ventura Blanco (ex director de la Hermandad de Dolores) , a fines del siglo XIX y principios del siglo XX. Se incluye documentos sobre sus propiedades ubicadas en Santiago, en las calles Recoleta, Manzano y Santa Rosa. Específicamente, se deja constancia que la Hermandad no recibió nada como heredera y beneficiara de Palazuelos, pues sus bienes no alcanzaron a pagar los legados comprometidos (se adjunta un balance de cuentas). Al final del volumen, se incluye un conjunto de documentos acerca de distintas propiedades, entre ellos: Compraventa de terrenos en Villa Santa Emiliana, de Néstor Anguita (como mandatario de su mujer, Blanca Muñoz) a Camilo Farren, a 8 de junio de 1912; Compraventa de terrenos en Villa Santa Emiliana, de Roberto Dagnino a Blanca Muñoz de Anguita, a 13 de julio de 1928; Compraventa de terreno en calle Arauco, de Armando Arellano a Aquiles Fedelli, a 1 de marzo de 1929; Bienes de Carlos Rodríguez Merino, hacia 1940; Propiedades en calle Portugal y Arauco.
