It contains a set of documents belonging to different periods and themes. Most of them are proofs of accounts (ballots or simple receipts) related to the Instituto de Caridad Hermandad de Dolores [Institute of Charity "Fraternity of Sorrows"]. The first docket (1933-1934) presents documents such as: lists of tenants and corresponding payments; receipts from different legacies (indicating the name of the beneficiary and the legatee); receipt for purchases of medical supplies from J. B. Didier, Juan Reutter, Davis & Co., among other drugstores and laboratories; receipt for parts made by different individuals; contributions payments to the Tesorería General de la República [General Treasury of the Republic], etc. The second docket (1960-1961), presents documents such as: deposit vouchers in the current accounts of Banco de Chile [Chile Bank] and Banco Edwards [Edwards Bank]; receipts for payments of basic services; tenant lists and corresponding payments; custodians of securities issued by Banco de Chile [Chile Bank], indicating credits to the account of the Instituto de Caridad; vouchers for purchases of medical supplies from different laboratories and drugstores (Lepetit, Beta Biochemical Institute, Nicolich, Michelson, Bacteriological Institute, Silesia, Schering, Isesa; Instituto Sanitas y Anilinas, etc). Likewise, this second docket includes statistics of the services provided in the different dispensaries that the Institute of Charity maintained in the city of Santiago. It does not have a formal title.

En su mayoría se trata de comprobantes de cuentas (boletas o recibos simples) relacionadas con el Instituto de Caridad "Hermandad de Dolores". El primer legajo (1933-1934) presenta documentos tales como: listas de arrendatarios y pagos correspondientes; recibos de distintos legados (indicando nombre del beneficiario y del legatario); boletas por compras de insumos médicos a J. B. Didier, Juan Reutter, Davis & Co., entre otras droguerías y laboratorios; boletas por refacciones efectuadas por distintos individuos; pagos de contribuciones a la Tesorería General de la República, etc. El segundo legajo (1960-1961), presenta documentos tales como: comprobantes de depósitos en las cuentas corrientes del Banco de Chile y del Banco Edwards; recibos de pagos de servicios básicos; listas de arrendatarios y pagos correspondientes; custodias de valores emitidas por el Banco de Chile, señalando abonos a la cuenta del Instituto de Caridad; comprobantes por compras de insumos médicos a distintos laboratorios y droguerías (Lepetit, Instituto Bioquímico Beta, Nicolich, Michelson, Instituto bacteriológico, Silesia, Schering, Isesa; Instituto Sanitas y Anilinas, etc). Asimismo, este segundo legajo incluye estadísticas de los servicios prestados en los diferentes dispensarios que el Instituto de Caridad mantenía en la ciudad de Santiago.
