Notes on measurements, payments, and designs for furniture, houses and drainage. The Chinese-Indonesian handyman, Lím Giok Sing, to whom these accounts belong, was not only a carpenter but also an engineer of sorts. Among his most striking assignments was one for delivering temple-stones from the Prambanan temple to the Mataram hotel in Yogyakarta (p. 57).
