This material is a Tamil palm-leaf manuscript from Eastern Province, Sri Lanka. A major part of this manuscript is severely damaged and deteriorated, rendering the text illegible, thus it is difficult to determine the exact age of the original manuscript. However, it is estimated to be from 1850-1899. This manuscript is about magical practices. It contains mantras related to ritual practices.
