This material is a Tamil palm-leaf manuscript titled ‘Vaḷḷiyam'māṇai’ from Eastern Province, Sri Lanka. This manuscript is partially damaged and deteriorated rendering the text illegible, thus it is difficult to determine the exact age, author and place of the original manuscript.
