This material is a Tamil palm-leaf manuscript from Northern Province, Sri Lanka. The author and period of this manuscript is unknown. However it is estimated to be from 1801 – 1899. This manuscript is about medicine and Māntirīkam. It has detailed descriptions about Traditional methods of mantras for woman who loss everything in their life, to remove witchcraft, to make a woman mad, to mesmerize and chant her. Rendering one speechless by witchcraft, animals ( cat, bear, dog) etc., from opening their mouths.
