This palmleaf manuscript addresses medicine related subjects. It mentions the nature of many illnesses. It consists of , pālavākaṭam, a text that addresses childrens' diseases. This is also attributed to the name of sage Aakattiyar. It also consists of the text kuṇapāṭam which is a text that addresses the nature of different foods and considered to be an important text in this body of medicinal texts. It also consists of the cekarāca cēkara vākaṭam. This text, according to all available historical evidence dates back to the late 14th C and may be the oldest Siddha text that was created and was in circulation in the yāḻpāṉam. Much of the historical evidence is based on the existence of cekarāca cēkara in the title which corresponds with the name of a ruler during the said time period in the region. Extent: 152.0.
