This material is a palm-leaf manuscript from Kondavil, Sri Lanka. It is written in Tamil verse in the period of 1800-1850 in Tamil script. It consists details of oil for breast milk related discomfort, illnesses of the nostrils, headaches, other bodily aches, massage oils, chest cough, rodent bites, colds. It mentions various kinds of ghee made of a plant Audha toda vesica, cumin, ginger ghee and senkaruppan ghee. The last term is unique and refers to a specifc ingredient of that name. It mentions medicinal powder for piles, potion for stomach ache, oil for the cure of small tumours, cure for dehydration, phlegm accumulation due to various diseases.
