Wylie rnam sras mdung ma can) A ritual invoking a protector deity who will help remove obstacles to progress, Original title of (Tib. ༄༅། །རྣམ་སྲས་མདུང་དམར་ཅན་གྱིས་ལས་བྱེད་སྐངས་གསོལ་བཞུགས་སོ།. Wylie rnam sras mdung dmar can gyis las byed skangs gsol bzhugs so) is perhaps more correctly written as (Tib. ༄༅། །རྣམ་སྲས་མདུང་མ་ཅན་གྱི་ལས་བྱེད་བསྐང་གསོལ་བཞུགས་སོ། Wylie. rnam sras mdung ma can gyi las byed bskang gsol bzhugs so).
Extent: One unbound book consisting of seven folios. Size and dimensions of original material: Each folio is 41.5 cm x 8.5 cm. Condition of original material: Discolouration of pages through handling.Custodial history: All the material was passed to the current owner by his father. Nyima Dorje is not a practising chowa but his father, grandfather and great grandfather were well established and well respected practitioners and would travel widely to undertake tantric rituals.Arrangement: All the material was kept in the prayer room of Nyima Dorje's house (unseen). The precise country of origin is unknown. However it is almost certain that the original text was created in Tibet, though the specific material in question may have been copied locally in Spiti (India) at a later date
