མེ་བུམ

A copper bowl with brass rim used for cupping. A fire vessel heated to create suction on the skin, a technique of Tibetan medicine.

Extent: One copper cupping bowl.

Size and dimensions of original material: 6 cm high 7 cm wide at rim, 9 cm wide at max width.

Custodial history: All items handed down from grandfather to father to son for over six generationsand probably many more. Arrangement: All items are kept in the prayer room of Chherring Dorje (not seen)
