An untitled handwritten Tibetan text on old handmade paper. Handwritten in "headed " Tibetan dbu chen (Uchen) script. 26 x 10 cm opening to 26 x 20 cm.

Extent: One book consisting of 8 folios.Size and dimensions of original material: Each folio is 26cm x 20 cm x folding to 26 cm x 10 cm.

Condition of original material: Cover darkened and stained through usage and badly worn: the bottom right corner is missing. Wear and damage to paper edges throughout, but the text is fully legible. Page numbers added in roman numerals in red ink.

Arrangement: A collection of texts kept in a box within the prayer room of the owner. The precise country of origin is unknown. However it is almost certain that the original text was created in Tibet, though the specific material in question may have been copied locally in Spiti (India) at a later date.
