A wooden block, carved with dozens of figures and symbols, used for making imprints of figures or symbols into tantric ritual offerings made from tsampa (barley dough). The figure on the horse is called Tarak mi rak (tib. རྟ་རག་མི་རག wylie. rta rag mi rag).
Extent: One wooden dough mould.
Size and dimensions of original material: 31 x 8 x 1.5 cm.
Condition of original material: Good condition for its age.
Custodial history: The older material has been handed down from father to son for at least four generations.
Arrangement: All the material is stored in the prayer room (not seen) and was brought out to be measured and digitised.
