A handwritten Tibetan text (pecha) on handmade paper. Handwritten in "headless" Tibetan dbu med (Ume) script and "headed" Tibetan dbu chen (Uchen) script. An unidentified text. with lists and some drawings on the final pages.In.

Extent: One unbound book consisting of fourteen olios.

Size and dimensions of original material: Each folio is 30 cm x 7 cm, folding to 15 cm x 7 cm.

Condition of original material: Staining and discolouration through age and usage. Some pages damaged but most text legible.

Arrangement: All the material was kept in a box in the prayer room (unseen). The precise country of origin is unknown. However it is almost certain that the original text was created in Tibet, though the specific material in question may have been copied locally in Spiti (India) at a later date.
