དཔར་ཤིང

A carved wooden block for printing images into dough shapes made from roast barley flour (tsampa) for use in tantric chowa rituals. Numerous carvings of human and humanoid figures and symbols.

Extent: one dough mould.

Size and dimensions of original material: 57.5cm x 4 cm x 3 cm.

Condition of original material: Good condition for its age.

Arrangement: All the material is kept within the owner's prayer room (not seen).
