This Manuscript explains the grace of Lord Siva and the Koormavathara of Lord Vishnu. This manuscript has two chapters namely Poorvakanda and Uttharakanda. The Poorvakanda has 48 chapters and the Uttharakanda has 47 chapters. The manuscript has two leaves with the same leaf no 18. திருமால் கூர்ம அவதாரம் எடுத்து சிவனுடைய பெருமையை மக்களுக்கு உரைத்த செய்தியைக் கூறுவது. கி.பி.16ஆம் நூற்றாண்டைச் சார்ந்தது. இது பூர்வ காண்டம், உத்தர காண்டம் என்று பகுதிகளாக உள்ளது. பூர்வ காண்டத்தில் 48 அத்தியாயங்களும், உத்தர காண்டத்தில் 47 அத்தியாயங்களும் உள்ளன. ஏட்டெண் 18 இரண்டு உள்ளன.
