காசி காண்டம்

This Manuscript Kasi Kaandam is translation of the fourth part of Samkira Samhita. This manuscript has two chapters namely Poorvakanda and Uttharakanda. The Poorvakanda has 41 chapters and the Uttharakanda has 59 chapters. The manuscript explains the social activites of people of Kasi (Varanasi) their spiritual practices and two leaves with the same leaf no 9. வடமொழி நூலான சங்கிர சங்கிதையின் 4ஆம் பகுதியே காசி காண்டம். இதில் 41 அத்தியாயங்களைக் கொண்ட பூர்வ காண்டம், 59 அத்தியாயங்களைக் கொண்ட உத்தர காண்டம் என்ற இரு காண்டங்கள் உள்ளன. இந்நூலுள் 97 அத்தியாயங்கள் உள்ளன. காசி நகரப் பெருமைகள், இல்வாழ்க்கை மற்றும் மகளிரின் பண்பு நலன்கள், வாழ்வியல் ஒழுக்கங்கள், காலக் கோட்பாடு அறிதல், மறுமையில் பெறும் பேறுகள் முதலானவை குறித்த விளக்கங்கள் இந்நூலில் உள்ளன. குமாரசாமித் தம்பிரானுக்கு சந்நிதானத்தில் கட்டளையிடப்பட்டது என்ற பிற்குறிப்பு உள்ளது. ஏட்டெண் 9 இருமுறை உள்ளது.
