திருப்பேரூர்ப் புராணம்

This Manuscript Perur Puranam dealt with the Sthala Puranam of Perur temple and other freatures of Perur. This manuscript has 36 chapers with 2220 stanzas. The following leaves of nos 29, 48, 49, 50, 59, 73, 74, 114, 162, 191, 200, 205, 207, 238, 243, 289, 290, 292 and last four leaves are missing. பேரூர் கோயிலின் தொன்மைச் சிறப்பு, பெருமை, தவம், அருள் பெற்றவர்களின் சிறப்புப் பற்றி விளக்குகிறது. மூர்த்தி, தலம், தீர்த்தம் ஆகிய மூன்று சிறப்புக்களும் ஒருங்கே பொருந்தியது பேரூர்த் தலம். அதில் தலம் பற்றி எழுந்த புராணமே பேரூர்ப் புராணம். மூல்த்தித் தலத் தீர்த்தச் சிறப்புகள், சைவ சாதனங்கள், தெய்வத் திருவுருவங்கள், கவி நலன்கள், சமுதாய அமைப்புகள் பற்றிக் கூறப்பெற்றுள்ளன. 36 படலங்கள், 2220 பாடல்கள் கொண்டது. ஏட்டெண் 29, 48, 49, 50, 59, 73, 74, 114, 162, 191, 200, 205, 207, 238, 243, 289, 290, 292 ஆகிய ஏடுகளும் இறுதியாக நான்கு ஏடுகளும் இல்லை.
