This work Thiruvanivathu is descibes comparision of wealth and knowledge in front of Ponparappeesar in 104 stanzas. The author of the work is of Gangatharachezhiyan. It defines goddess Sarasvathi and goddess Sathi. The author also quote thought of thirukkural in some places. வாது என்றால் தருக்கம் என்பது பொருள். கங்காதரச் செழியன் பெயரில் திருவாணி வாது என்னும் இந்நூல் பொன்பரப்பீசர் முன்னர் கல்வி செல்வம் என்னும் இரண்டு பொருள்களுள் எது சிறந்தது என்பதைப் பொருளாகக் கொண்டு கல்விக்குரிய தெய்வமாகிய கலைமகளையும் செல்வத்திற்குரிய தெய்வமாகிய திருமகளையும் இவ்விரு பொருள் பற்றி வாதம் புரிவதாக 104 விருத்தப்பாக்களால் அமைந்தது. இதில் ஆங்காங்கே வள்ளுவப் பெருந்தகையின் திருக்குறளும் திருக்குறள் கருத்துக்களும் பரவி வந்துள்ளன.
