This manuscript dealt with details of the diseases such as kai mayakkam. Diarrhea, chest pain, gastic trouble, fits, pramiyam, kiraani, sokai, pilavai, pithtam, paandu, eye diseases and mediines for curing the diseases. It also gives method of preparation of kumara thailam and medicine for 80 types of vadha.
