This manuscript dealt with siddha medicine preparation of various medince such as sunnam, oils, legyam, sooranam, and thailas etc. And also explains the method of predicting fevers using stars, period, month and day. This work has information about the various types of skin diseases and herbal colors in prose form. பூரண வல்லாதி, வேப்பங்காய் தைலம், குழந்தைகளுக்கு ஏற்படும் சகல நோய்களுக்கும் குளிகை, சன்னிக்கு எண்ணெய், கலிங்காதி  லேகியம், தன்வந்திரியார் மன்மத சிந்தாமணி லேகியம்  ஆகியவற்றைச் செய்யும் முறைகள் பற்றியும், சுர நாள் நட்சத்திரக் காலம்-மாதம்-நாள் இவற்றை வைத்து சுரத்தைக் கணிக்கும் முறை பற்றியும். மேக நோய்கள் பற்றியும், மூலிகை வண்ணம் பற்றியும் செய்யுளும் உரைநடையுமாக இச்சுவடி அமைந்துள்ளது.
