This manuscript dealt with information about the magical and medicinal. Leaf no 1, 4, 6 – 17, 19 – 21, 25, 28, 30 – 32, 34, 37 – 39, 41, 45 are missing. தேள் மந்திரம், பேய் விரட்டும் வழிமுறைகள் போன்ற மாந்திரீகச் செய்திகள் கொண்டதாகவும் சில மருத்துவக் குறிப்புக்கள் கொண்டதாகவும் இச்சுவடி அமைந்துள்ளது. ஏட்டெண் 1, 4, 6-17, 19-21, 25, 28, 30-32, 34, 37-39, 41, 45 ஆகிய ஏடுகள் இல்லை.
