மாக புராணம்

This work Maha puranam is collection of stories about the fame of Lord Siva in 22 chapters starting from panchatsara chapter to purana mahima chapter in 1137 stanzas. Leaf Nos.1, 14-15, 66, 82, 92, 100-109 are missing. சிவபெருமானின் அருட்சிறப்புக்களையும் அவனுடைய திருவிளையாடல்களையும் எடுத்துரைக்கும் கதைகளை அடிப்படையாகக் கொண்டு அமைந்ததாக மாக புராணம் அமைந்துள்ளது. இதில் பஞ்சாட்சர அத்தியாயம் தொடங்கி புராண மகிமை அத்தியாயம் வரையிலான 22 அத்தியாயங்களில் 1137 பாடல்கள் கொண்டு இந்நூல் அமைந்துள்ளது. ஏட்டெண் 1, 14-15, 66, 82, 92, 100-109 ஆகிய ஏடுகள் இல்லை.
