This manuscript dealt with story the King of Manu Needhi Cholan (the Chola who follows Justice) because he executed his own son to provide justice to a cow. மனுநீதி சோழினின் மகன் ஒருநாள் கோயிலுக்குச் செல்லும்போது அவனது தேர்க்காலில் அகப்பட்டு ஒரு பசுக்கன்று இறந்துபட, அதற்குத் தாய்ப்பசு அரண்மனை வாயிலில் இருந்த ஆராய்ச்சி மணியைத் தனது கொம்புகளால் அசைத்து நீதி கேட்க, தனது மகனை கன்றுப்பசு இறந்தது போலவே தேர்க்காலில் இறந்துபடச் செய்து நீதியை உலகிற்கு எடுத்துரைத்த மனுநீதிச் சோழனின் கதையை எடுத்துரைப்பதே இச்சுவடி.
