This work Kambaramayanam of Kambar has six divisions as Bala, Ayothiya, Aranya, Kishkinda, Sundara and Yuddha kandas with 123 chapters. It explains the life of Rama in Tamil languages. This manuscript has 42 chapters from kadal kaan chapter to vidaikoduththa chapters. This manuscript dealt with war between Ravana and other Asuras in Yuddha kandam. Leaf Nos. 167, 168, 172, 173, 177-180, 183-185, 193-197, 200, 201, 204, 207, 211, 213, 214, 222, 225, 226, 228-232, 235, 236, 238, 239, 214, 244, 246, 248, 250, 251, 253, 256, 258-261, 268, 269 are missing. பால காண்டம், அயோத்தியா காண்டம், ஆரண்யக் காண்டம், கிட்கிந்தா காண்டம், சுந்தர காண்டம், யுத்தக் காண்டம் ஆக ஆறு காண்டங்களையும் 123 படலங்களையும் கொண்ட இராமபிரானின் வாழ்க்கை வரலாற்றை கம்பர் படைத்துள்ளார். இச்சுவடி, கடல்காண் படலம் தொடங்கி விடைகொடுத்த படலம் ஈறாக 42 படலங்களில் பாடல்கள் இடம்பெற்றுள்ளன. இராமன், இலங்கையில் இராவணன் முதலானஅரக்கர்களோடு நிகழ்த்திய போர் நிகழ்ச்சிகளைக் கூறுவதாக யுத்த தகாண்டம் அமைந்துள்ளது. ஏட்டெண் 167, 168, 172, 173, 177-180, 183-185, 193-197, 200, 201, 204, 207, 211, 213, 214, 222, 225, 226, 228-232, 235, 236, 238, 239, 214, 244, 246, 248, 250, 251, 253, 256, 258-261, 268, 269 ஆகிய ஏடுகள் இல்லை.
