This manuscript Attaloga Thirumandiram dealt with preparation of this methods of an Alloy with Ashtaloka (eight metals) in 30 stanzas. Astaloka is also called as Ashtatatu. It is a Traditional combinations eight metals namely gold, silver, copper, lead, zink, tin and mercury. அஷ்ட தாது என்ற அஷ்டலோகம் என்பது தங்கம், வெள்ளி, செம்பு, ஈயம், துத்தநாகம், தகரம், இரும்பு, பாதரசம் ஆகிய எட்டு உலோகங்களின் கூட்டு ஆகும். இந்த அஷ்டலோகம் செய்யும் முறையினை 30 பாடல்களில் எடுத்துரைப்பதே அட்டலோக திருமந்திரம் ஆகும். ஏட்டெண்18இல் நூல் தொடங்குகிறது.
