The book presents mostly records of granting of special, broad and general powers. Among those that we can highlight are the special power granted by Aurora Narvaez to Pedro de Aviles so that, on her behalf, he sells a tall house located on Calle Larga, the general power of attorney granted by Salvador Castillo to Manuel N. Jimenez, a lawyer to represent his rights and actions before courts, tribunals, supreme court and other judicial entities, records of purchases were also made such as that of the low house located on the street of the factory made by Manuel Nuñez in favor of Walter Logan, records of property partitions and civil marriage protocols.
