Iran Music (Musiq Iran) Published monthly from 1952 through 1974. An independently produced and published journal dedicatied to music in Iran both Persian and non Persian. Among its contributors were, Abol Hasan Saba, Ruhulla Khaliqi, Husain Dehlavi, Sasan Sapanta, and Ali Muhamad Rashidi. It was famosh for its sometimes scathing opinion coloums. Publishing notes of Persian and western compositions and covering the history of as well as currant musical topics, and technical dissicussions concerning both Persian and western music.
