Log Book: 13-inch Boyden Refractor (Plate Series X): Objective prism stellar spectra

Appears to be a logbook for a project with the 13-inch Boyden Refractor, between roughly 1942 and 1948, to photograph stellar spectra with an objective prism. Many pages crossed through in red, with "Re-written" or "Finished" written across the page. The last 6 pages are blank. The book contains lists of stars, arranged by HR number, giving co-ordinates and magnitudes of each. Some entries are followed by pencilled-in numbers which may be plate numbers. The lists are all titled "13-inch. Objective Prism. Absolute Magnitudes.". Several lists are sub-titled "G + K Stars" while two lists as sub-titled "M Type Stars". On the back cover is attached a maker's label on which a designation, of unknown significance, is written: "H 137153".
