[Personal diaries and notes of Komal Kothari]

This is a notebook containing notes and personal writings of Komal Kothari. The first page contains an introductional note on research on Folklore and music in India. The next few pages contain bigraphical information on various artists and their families along with transcriptions of songs and Kathas sung by those artists. The latter half of the notebook contains a long index for various Par paintings titled 'Chitrashuchi' for a publication titled Sachitra Madhumalati katha followed by notes on recordings with details about song titles, artists and ragas. Physical characteristics: A brown coloured notebook containing handwritten text in blue and black ink.
