Cet Riw Thai Text Black Paper

Thai language manuscript, probably of medical texts. Kept in a box with the other Cet Riw manuscripts, which were about medical treatment. Last photograph is of the box the four Cet Riw manuscripts were kept in, which gives a date of 1280 Buddhist Era (1918 AD), though the description of contents plastered on the box is no longer accurate.

Extent: 1 accordian-style book, approximately 40 faces, front and back.

Condition of original material: Thai text written on black paper with chalk. Some writing has been effaced.

Custodial history: Collection housed in a wooden box dated to 1918.
