It was granted on January 18, 1832; b) Note addressed by Don Francisco Echevarría Momediano to Don Matías Maestro, Director of the Charity Society, sending him the liquidation of the products of this property, on whose value the pious work ordered to be founded was constituted by Doña María de Roa y Ampuero (May 13, 1834); c) File promoted by the Charity Society, in order to be granted possession of the property attached to this pious work (1832-1839); d) Deed lease, granted by the Director of the Charity Society in favor of Mrs. Águeda Mortua (June 11, 1842); e) Deed of lease, granted by the Director of the Charity Society in favor of Mrs. Águeda Mortua (extension, December 31, 1847); f) Administrative file, followed by the Sociedad de Beneficencia to lease the apartment occupied by Mrs. Águeda Mortua (1861); g) Letter of Payment, granted by Mrs. Juana Cirio, executor of her sister Mrs. Carmen Cirio, in favor of the Charitable Society, for the revenues of the principal who recognized this property in favor of that testamentary (July 15, 1865), h) Report that the Lawyer of the Charitable Society, Dr. Don M. W.
