The manuscript No.30A is written in a set of loose folios. The size is 34 x 21.5 cm. The condition of paper is brittle, perforated, taped and yellowing. The ink penetrates to the reverse side, but the writing is still readable. In this manuscript, Prince Madrais describes historical facts about his life in Dutch colonial era. Dutch colonial government punished all people who had prince title. Prince title cannot be removed because it is the symbol of custom and tradition. Prince Madrais is a son of Prince Alibasa Gebang Cirebon. He states “it was recognized or not, my duty was conduct life based on custom and tradition. Prince title on my name is lika a frame of my spirit in practicing the custom of Sunda Pasundan. My father hid me to continue struggling for rules of land in the world. When a family said that I was not a son of prince, I did not care. I had task for new religion teach all people so they will not fight for right. Since the beginning until the end of my life, I will be not appart from my breath as Sunda nation.” My religion guides me to be conscious on humanity and nationality. For marriage rules, it is explained that marriage conduct based on customary law.
