The manuscript No.171 is written in a set of loose folios. There are two sizes of paper; 33.5 x 21 cm and 35,3 x 21.5 cm. The condition of paper is brittle, perforated, torn and yellowing. The ink penetrates to the reverse side, but the writing is still readable. In this manuscript, Prince Madrais describe the rules used by Dutch colonial, the responsibility of religious people and the criteria of a justice leader.
