The manuscript No.167 is written in a set of loose folios. There are two sizes of paper; 34 x 21.5 cm and 35 x 21.5 cm. The condition of paper is brittle, perforated, torn, taped and yellowing. The ink penetrates to the reverse side, but the writing is still readable. In this manuscript, Prince Madrais made a proposal to build a worship place for Java Sunda religion that will be a sacred place of Java as a landmark of religion in his own land. Java Sunda people must have faith in their own land because it is the God’s decree. It is bounded by Javanese script and unite with the breathtaking of Java.
