The manuscript No.166 is written in a set of loose folios. There are two sizes of paper; 34 x 21.5 cm and 35.5 x 21.5 cm. The condition of paper is brittle, torn, perforated, taped and yellowing. The ink penetrates to the reverse side, but the writing is still readable. In this manuscript, Prince Madrais describes his teachings. By observing our own body, we will know who we are. What we eat and drink will become blood, flesh, skin, nail, nerve, brain, intestine, liver, lung, spleen, marrowbon other parts of body. They support our health of body and soul and become the strength of the world.
