The manuscript No.161 is written in a set of loose folios. There are two sizes of paper; 33 x 21.5 cm and 35 x 21.5 cm. The condition of paper is brittle, torn, taped and yellowing. The ink penetrates to the reverse side, but the writing is still readable. In this manuscript, Prince Madrais describes his life. Being abandoned because of hidden by his parents, he suddenly got a power to know spirits of earth, water, fire and wind. They told him who he is. Then he got command to finish all nature worked. He also got command to eat together with Patih dan his son, Mas Harya. Then , he received a book of genealogy of his mother and he was told that the one who know that is Brata Adipura. In addition to that, there was a testament from Prince Alibasa Gebang who ruled over Gebang land and the one who held the genealogy of his father is Raden Darma Gewok.
