The manuscript No.149C is written in a bundle of unbounded folios with no cover. The size is 34 x 21.5 cm. The condition of paper is brittle and yellowing. The ink penetrates to the reverse side, but the writing is still readable. In this manuscript, Prince Madrais writes his teachings. Sunda religion teach innerself observation to prevent spirits that will inflitrate to human mind in cooking process. The rules of each nation are not same, it depends on the character of its land. Respecting each other is the key of making peace. There is a prophecy of earthquake and landslide that make water spring closed.
