The manuscript No.149A is written in a bundle of unbounded folios with no cover. The size is 34 x 22 cm. The condition of paper is brittle, decay and yellowing. The ink penetrates to the reverse side, but the writing is still readable. In this manuscript, Prince Madrais writes that spirits of Sunda Java religion are explaining humanself body and applying the God words written to all human beings. There is a prophecy telling that a meeting of Sunda religion will be held to undertake the rules which unite every people from every nation for the sake of order of nature. Besides, it is explained the duty of prince is to be a model and conduct of the rules of custom to to lead and know the right things.
