Prince Madrais Alibasa Manuscript No. 128

The manuscript No.128 is written in a set of loose folios. The size is 34 x 21.5 cm. The condition of paper is brittle, torn, perforated, taped and yellowing. The ink penetrates to the reverse side, but the writing is still readable. In this manuscript, Prince Madrais explains that the purpose of this manuscript is to explain Java religion as the direction for conduting life. He also explained Pameradan, spiritualism knowledge of perfection in death. That is the knowledge from Sunda ancestors. The Java religion which birth in Dutch colonial period is to be fixed and written in Pusaka Jawa book. He also gives advice to the people who want to be a government leader to ask themselves what they have done to their nation and country. This time, many people propose themselves to be government leader are controlled over by wizard so it will cause damage and trouble. We are longing for a leader who know and understand the rule of life which guides to God’s decree and bring peace and harmony. Java must struggle for the true independence as a nation.
