The manuscript No.118 is written in a set of loose folios. There are two sizes of paper; 35 x 21.5 cm and 34 x 21.5 cm. The condition of paper is brittle, torn, taped and yellowing. The ink penetrates to the reverse side, but the writing is still readable. In this manuscript, Prince Madrais explains his teachings. A leader of people should serve and make fair decision for all to achieve the proseperity and gloriness. We know God from His words and His creatures. God is endless. Ratu Sunda is a teacher of life reflecting fairness.
