The manuscript No.104 is written in a set of loose folios. There are two sizes of paper; 34 x 21 cm and 33 x 21 cm. The condition of paper is brittle, torn, perforated, taped and yellowing. The ink penetrates to the reverse side. There are some missing words caused by torn but the writing is still readable. In this manuscript, Prince Madrais explains his teachings. Doing innerself-observation guides us to realise ourselves as human with our humanity and as a nation with God’s law. If we do not do innerself-obeservation, we are easily infiltrated by spirits that claimed as God. A leader must posses independent character, consider the people in accordance with the true identity as nation and God’s law. Therefore, Java now is supposed to be organized well in line with culture of Java.
